• Rates are per night and based on 1 or 2 people Deposit required on all reservations.
• Additional persons in room $20.00 per person - maximum 4 to a room.
• *Exclusive of Holidays and Proms
• Two week cancellation notice required for deposit refund.30% service charge on refunds.
• First 2 children under 12 FREE
• After two weeks all deposits are forfeited.
• 7% Sales tax plus 5% 0ccupancy tax.
• Balance due upon arrival. No personal checks accepted.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Credit card, bank check, money order accepted.
• Reservation required to guarantee rates. No refunds after check-in.
• Must be 18 or older to register and be responsible for the room.
• Photo ID required at check-in.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A RESERVATION CONSTITUTES A TWO-WAY CONTRACT BETWEEN THE MARK III MOTEL AND YOU. IT ASSURES THAT YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE KEPT AVAILABLE FOR YOU FOR ALL THE DATES INDICATED, AND IT ASSURES US THAT WE CAN TURN AWAY OTHER POTENTIAL GUESTS FOR THE DATES INDICATED. THERE IS A ONE-NIGHT OR 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED (Whichever is greater) IN ORDER TO CONFIRM RESERVATIONS.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION OR DEPARTURE BEFORE THE AGREED DATE WOULD RESULT IN A LOSS OF REVENUE TO US WITH LITTLE OPPORTUNITY TO RECOVER THE LOSS. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE BALANCE OF RESERVATION AMOUNT UPON ARRIVAL. NO CHANGE OF RESERVATION WILL BE PERMITTED AT CHECK-IN.

A TWO WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE REFUND OF DEPOSITS (all elgible cancellations are subject to a 30% Cancellation Fee). YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELLED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OF ARRIVAL DATE OF RESERVATION.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE MARK III MOTEL CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS OR PERSONAL SICKNESS OR INJURY, ETC.
